1. Manuscripts for the regular issues are to be submitted to the Editor-in-Chief, or to one of the Managing Editors. Manuscripts for a special issue should be submitted to the Editor(s) of the special issue. Please submit a MS Word file included manuscripts and copy-right form.

3. The manuscript consistas of title page, main text, references, table cations, tables, figure captions, and figures. Each figure should be in a separate page. The title, the list of authors, and their affiliations should be decribed in English. The abstract should be one paragraph and should be limited to 200 words. Please modify and submit with reference to the attached sample paper.
